One advantage of being a fly fisherman is that we get to visit beautiful places. Mollisjok, way up in the Norwegian Finnmark, is such a place. There are streams, rivers and lakes everywhere and most of them are filled with fish. This is really a grayling paradise but there are big trout, arctic char and pike in the waters as well. Hi. Ive watched the Lapland dreams videos many time over the last few years. They are wonderful for escaping every day life. Was the footage filmed in the same location on the same trip or different locations? Also, was this a different place to the “trip of a lifetime “ video in the same location? Thanks for sharing these. I think you said you’d stop making videos to focus on fishing. Hope you’re catching loads.

Hi Krister. Just wanted to express my thanks for the Trout Heaven videos. They were so inspiring that I’ve just had a week in Southern Sweden fly fishing on the Atran river. Whilst the fish were not rising as they were in your video, it was a truly wonderful river and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. hello guys really good video, good lake and the best fish..exceptional fighter. I have the opportunity to hunt arctic char in Montenegro, in the Biogradska gora national park, but not for such pieces. do you fish exclusively with flies or do you use other baits as well. I mostly hunt for spoons???

Have seen so many of these flying over the house as I grew up, living not far from F5 in Ljungbyhed. These and the Sk. 60 jets.. Also had a lot of Drakens flying over from F10 in Ängelholm. Great times... I later did my National Service at F10.

Thanks for your reply. Luckily I’m heading up near the Kiruna area at the end of the summer, mid July, and I’m really looking forward to that. No heli rides planned. Are there any easily accessible waters in that area without trekking to far?? We live in the south of Sweden and have only done heli rides in the area up north. The best places are probably not reachable without hiking or heli riding. Not sure though. Try to contact someone up there and see if they can help you. Cheers@@davemedlyn071
